Job summary

Expleo Group is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team at Broad Oak, delivering engineering activity within budget, schedule and quality targets. The role emphasizes onsite work with UK Defence-related projects and secure environment compliance.

You will oversee planning, execution and integration with wider engineering functions, mentoring engineers, and maintaining effective stakeholder engagement across multiple deliveries.

Qualifications

• Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent in an engineering, software, systems or STEM discipline.
• Demonstrable competence at Senior Engineer level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative leadership to engineers and technicians.
• Plan, allocate and supervise engineering work to achieve project objectives.
• Direct work assignments, scheduling and progress reviews.
• Monitor delivery against budget, schedule, quality and risk targets; escalate issues.
• Review feasibility and suitability of proposed solutions.
