Job summary

Marine Resources Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Night Marina Operative to join a well-established marina on the South Coast. The role is night-shift heavy, with 12-hour shifts on a rota, and may develop into a mixed day and night pattern.

You will help keep the marina safe and secure, carry out safety checks, monitor CCTV, and assist customers as needed, working independently or as part of the team. A UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience and a friendly, service-minded approach.
• Ability to stay calm and make sensible decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular marina patrols and safety checks
• Monitor CCTV and access to secure areas
• Provide a friendly point of contact for customers
• Record information using computer systems
• Work independently and as part of the marina team
