Eurocell Group Ltd. is seeking a Training & Development Partner to collaborate with Manufacturing functions, People Business Partners, and site leaders to grow colleague capability across Manufacturing, Recycling and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development within manufacturing is essential.
• Ability to support multiple manufacturing sites effectively.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across levels.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and pathways is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify capability needs and development priorities with managers and teams.
• Own the full development cycle from needs analysis to design, delivery and evaluation.
• Design practical development solutions aligned to operational goals.
• Coach managers in developing and assessing their teams.
