Job summary
Eurocell PLC is recruiting a Training & Development Partner to partner with our Manufacturing functions to develop colleague capability across Manufacturing, Recycling and Supply Chain. You will work with Team Leaders and People Business Partners to identify capability needs and drive development initiatives.
The role covers ownership of the full development cycle, designing practical solutions, coaching leaders, and supporting onboarding of apprentices, with a focus on consistent, engaging
Qualifications
- Previous experience of learning, training or people development within manufacturing is essential.
- Ability to support several manufacturing sites effectively.
- Strong stakeholder experience, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Depth and breadth of Training and Development knowledge to design and deliver initiatives.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship standards could be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Identify capability needs and development priorities with Team Leaders and Managers.
- Own the full development cycle from needs to design, delivery and evaluation.
- Design and facilitate practical development solutions aligned to operational goals.
- Coach Team Leaders and Managers in developing and assessing their teams.
- Support onboarding and development of apprentices with structured learning experiences.
- Report activity and success metrics.
