Qualifications

• Proven experience in an operations/production or technician role in manufacturing.
• Strong fault-finding skills, able to identify root causes.
• Ability to read equipment docs, work instructions, and maintenance logs.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet targets safely and efficiently.
• Carry out routine checks, inspections and maintenance to keep equipment in spec.
• Diagnose faults and perform first-line troubleshooting on production plant.
• Assist with planned maintenance schedules and coordinate downtime.
• Monitor process performance and support continuous improvement.
