Job summary

Mansell Recruitment Group is helping a well-established manufacturer near Petersfield recruit a Manufacturing Team Leader to run day-to-day performance on the shop floor. You will organise the team, ensure smooth workflow through machining and manual production, and uphold quality, delivery, and health & safety standards.

This hands-on leadership role demands practical problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to read drawings and technical information.
