Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Devon seeks a Manufacturing Operations Leader to head production activities, drive Lean and continuous improvement, and ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery and productivity.

You will lead production teams, champion high performance work practices and guide resource planning to sustain operational excellence in a world-class aerospace environment.

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified or equivalent.
  • 3+ years' experience in Manufacturing or Operations.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement knowledge.
  • Experience with Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, and 6S.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills using methodologies such as 8D or A3.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Lead manufacturing and production activities within a defined production area.

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a

Manufacturing Operations Leader to join a world-class aerospace manufacturing business at its Devon based facility.

Working within a highly innovative aerospace environment, you will lead production teams, drive operational excellence, and champion continuous improvement initiatives to deliver outstanding safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance.
