Job summary
Cawingredients is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst to join our Leeming Bar site. You will act as the key user for SAP, IFC and DDQA across manufacturing operations, driving data integrity, system improvements and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality and Warehouse teams.
You will support system testing, validation and implementation, maintain performance reporting (including OEE) and help transition from manual records to integrated digital
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint and SAP.
- Ability to train operational team members in system usage to a high level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in manufacturing environments and data integrity initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key user for SAP, IFC and DDQA systems across manufacturing operations.
- Support system testing, validation and implementation activities.
- Maintain process order compliance and transactional accuracy.
- Monitor manufacturing data integrity and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain procedures, SOPs and user guidance documentation.
