A leading aerospace‑grade metal fabrication site in Sheffield is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to plan, recruit, train, and optimise its growing workforce. This role uses data to improve staffing, shift scheduling, and training programs while supporting production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard production and support staff
• Plan shifts and workforce models to meet production goals
• Manage training programs, competency tracking, and certifications
• Analyse labour and production data to recommend improvements
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Software/Tools

• HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
• Shift planning tools (e.g., Kronos, Deputy)
