Apleona is recruiting a Manufacturing Support Operative at our Ashford facility (TN24 0LT). The role covers packaging material replenishment, transporting drums, pallets and IBCs, unloading deliveries with a forklift, waste management, wash equipment operation, quality and safety checks, and housekeeping across manufacturing and storage areas.
You will join a 37.5-hour week with a rotating pattern of early, late and night shifts, supporting GMP compliance and production operations as needed.

Location – Ashford, TN24 0LT
Hours – Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week, as per shift pattern including days & nights:
2 weeks of earlies 06:00–14:00
2 weeks of lates 14:00-22:00
2 weeks of nights 22:00-06:00

We're currently looking to recruit a Manufacturing Support Operative (MSO) to provide a safe and efficient support service to our client's manufacturing facility. You will play a key role in ensuring production areas remain supplied, organised and compliant with safety and GMP standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for packaging material replenishment, transporting drums, pallets and IBCs across site, unloading deliveries using a forklift truck, managing waste streams, operating wash equipment, conducting quality and safety checks, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout manufacturing and storage areas. You will also support production operations while ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times.
