Job summary

Talent Finder is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Redditch to oversee day-to-day production, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency across a rotating three‑shift pattern. You will lead a hands‑on team, optimise output and drive continuous improvement.

The role reports to the Production Manager and involves supervising the production team, organising workloads, and ensuring targets are consistently met while maintaining best practice HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in a supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively.
• Solid understanding of health and safety practices in production.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and organise the production team to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Diagnose equipment faults and organise repairs as needed.
• Carry out quality checks and document results.
• Manage inventory and monitor material usage.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Complete paperwork accurately and hand to the manager.
