Job summary

Insignis Talent. STR Ltd is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader for a busy production environment. This hands-on role requires leading a shop-floor team, planning workload, and providing technical support to resolve production issues.

You will read drawings, monitor quality and schedules, and ensure safe, compliant operations while supporting training and cross-department collaboration to maintain on-time delivery and minimize waste.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Technically minded with good problem-solving skills.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of health and safety and quality standards.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
