Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Site HR Manager for an on-site role at an industrial/manufacturing site in Evesham. The successful candidate will lead HR activities, align workforce strategy with business needs and ensure compliance across the site.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage employee relations, and drive policy improvements while supporting recruitment, talent development and change initiatives across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Strong employee relations expertise and experience managing complex HR issues.
• Track record of improving HR processes, systems and people practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience supporting organisational change and workforce engagement initiatives.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• CIPD qualification, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of the people strategy across multiple sites.
• Acting as a trusted business partner to senior operational leaders.
• Managing complex employee relations matters and providing expert HR guidance.
• Reviewing and improving HR policies, processes and ways of working.
• Coaching and developing line managers to strengthen leadership capability.
• Supporting recruitment, succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Driving employee engagement, retention and culture improvement programmes.
• Supporting organisational change and business transformation projects.
• Developing the capability of the wider HR team.
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice
