Rolls-Royce Bristol is seeking a Manufacturing Services Engineer to join the Manufacturing Services organisation. The role focuses on maintaining high reliability of equipment and aligning with Rolls-Royce safety standards while supporting the business with performance improvements.

You will work with MSLs and partners to deliver objectives, developing energy plans and ensuring Fixture Care is monitored against performance levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance engineering and improving equipment reliability.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across levels.
• Proven track record delivering results with a customer focus.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Manufacturing Service Leaders to deliver objectives.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in machine tool reliability and cost.
• Coordinate with external service providers and in-house service lines.
• Apply health, safety and company standards, potentially acting as RP/ deputy RP.
• Develop and implement energy management plans at cell and plant level.
