Job summary

Rolls-Royce Bristol invites applications for a Manufacturing Services Engineer to coordinate maintenance activities and service lines within the facility. You will support the Manufacturing Services Leader and manage external Service Providers to ensure safety, compliance, and performance against business requirements.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, proactive issue response, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable plant operations and energy management

Qualifications

• Experience supporting maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to coordinate external service providers.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities at plant or cell level to deliver Manufacturing Services objectives.
• Ensure safety of contractors at the facility.
• Plan and schedule equipment and facility maintenance requirements.
• Respond proactively to unplanned issues with plant and equipment.
• Collaborate with external Service Providers to meet business requirements and standards.
• Support Health & Safety Standards, potentially as Responsible Person or Assistant RP.
• Develop and implement energy management plans for Manufacturing Services.
• Interface with Group Property’s Integrated Facilities Supplier to monitor performance.
