Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing projects from initiation through final delivery with detailed plans and milestones.
• Coordinate activities between Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Planning, and Logistics.
• Act as primary contact for customers and report project progress to management and clients.
• Monitor costs, schedules, and budget performance; manage changes and risks.
• Drive risk review meetings and maintain risk registers; implement change control processes.
• Support manufacturing readiness and ensure alignment of production plans with project objectives.
• Promote a strong safety culture and assist in audits and quality improvements.
