Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Technician ISC at our Southend-on-Sea site to support the Integrated Supply Chain. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to keep production and distribution processes running efficiently and meet quality standards.

You will report to a Supervisor, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and uphold health and safety standards while driving continuous improvement across TPM and OEE initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical or maintenance role within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities; able to work independently.
• Technical certification or a relevant degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment through TPM to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) by monitoring parameters and metrics.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency while ensuring high quality standards.
• Uphold health and safety standards, promote safe working practices, and utilize continuous improvement tools to drive performance enhancements.

As a Technician ISC manufacturing level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) processes. You will be responsible for performing technical tasks that support the production and distribution of our products, contributing to the overall success of the organisation. You will report directly to a Supervisor and will work out of our Southend location. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations, ensuring that our products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
