Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Southend-on-Sea seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor to lead a team of engineers focused on optimizing manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence at the ISC site.

You will oversee process improvements, ensure safety and quality compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and product quality, reporting to the Site Leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing engineering with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement.
• Expertise in process optimization, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with manufacturing software tools and systems relevant to process control and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of manufacturing engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure operational excellence.
• Identify and manage process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with production, quality, design, and maintenance teams to resolve manufacturing issues and support smooth production operations.
• Deliver capital projects and investments based on needs of the site.
