Responsibilities
- Ensure time delivery of projects within scope with minimal deviation
- Monitor project processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues
- Track financial performance monthly and compare estimates with actuals
- Coordinate internal and on-site subcontracting meetings with customers and subcontractors
- Develop partnerships with subcontractors to ensure resource availability
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment via training and facilities improvements
- Travel 5–10% of time
