HL Display UK - The better shopping experience is recruiting an experienced Factory Project Manager to lead and coordinate operations within the Harlow manufacturing site. You will oversee Customer Service, Production Planning, ERP Coordination, and Artwork workstreams, ensuring orders are prepared, scheduled, and executed on time.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Engineering, Estimating, Production and Despatch teams, driving efficient flow and high customer

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven approach to analyse operational information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multifunctional team across Customer Service, Production Planning, ERP Coordination, and Artwork.
• Coordinate projects from order receipt through to final shipment.
• Manage job specifications, delivery schedules, and customer requests.
• Ensure ERP item preparation and production planning is accurate.
• Support first-off approvals and production kick-off activities.
• Monitor project execution to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes.
