Job summary

HL Display UK is seeking a proactive Production Planning & ERP Coordinator for its manufacturing team in the UK. The role centers on ERP item preparation, production planning, and MO administration to ensure a smooth flow into production, with a customer service element for order processing and delivery updates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain item and production data in Jeeves ERP.
• Coordinate production planning activities and monitor planning priorities.
• Create, review, and release Manufacturing Orders.
• Process customer orders and provide order confirmations.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and data integrity.
• Assist with ERP, planning, and order-related issue resolution.
• Support continuous improvement of ERP and planning processes.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to support operational efficiency and customer service.
