Job summary

Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking a Factory Project Manager in Harlow, Essex to coordinate complex manufacturing projects and ensure right product quality and timely delivery. You will bridge between Customer Service, Production Planning, ERP, Engineering, Production and Despatch.

The role requires experience in project management or operational leadership within manufacturing, with strong ERP and Excel skills.

Qualifications

Experience in project management, production planning or operational leadership within manufacturing.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Strong organisational and problem-solving capability.
Able to coordinate multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate teams across Customer Service, Production Planning, ERP and Artwork.
Manage projects from order receipt through to shipment.
Review customer specifications and requirements.
Coordinate delivery schedules and special requests.
Ensure accurate ERP item preparation.
Oversee Manufacturing Order creation.
Coordinate production planning.
Support first-off approvals and production kick-off.
Monitor project progress against quality and delivery targets.
Ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.
Work closely with Commercial, Engineering, Estimating, Production and Despatch.
Drive continuous improvement across operational processes.
