Job summary

Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking a Factory Project Manager in Harlow, Essex to coordinate complex manufacturing projects and ensure right product quality and timely delivery. You will bridge between Customer Service, Production Planning, ERP, Engineering, Production and Despatch.

The role requires experience in project management or operational leadership within manufacturing, with strong ERP and Excel skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate teams across Customer Service, Production Planning, ERP and Artwork.
• Manage projects from order receipt through to shipment.
• Review customer specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and special requests.
• Ensure accurate ERP item preparation.
• Oversee Manufacturing Order creation.
• Coordinate production planning.
• Support first-off approvals and production kick-off.
• Monitor project progress against quality and delivery targets.
• Ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.
• Work closely with Commercial, Engineering, Estimating, Production and Despatch.
• Drive continuous improvement across operational processes.

Are you a Project Manager, Production Planning Manager or Manufacturing Operations professional who enjoys taking ownership of customer projects from order through to delivery?

We are recruiting for a Factory Project Manager to coordinate complex manufacturing projects and ensure customers receive the right product, at the right quality, at the right time.

This is a highly visible role sitting between Customer Service, Production Planning, ERP, Engineering, Production and Despatch.

The Role

You will manage customer projects from order receipt through to final shipment, coordinating all the operational activity required to keep production moving.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and coordinate teams across Customer Service, Production Planning, ERP and Artwork
• Manage projects from order receipt through to shipment
• Review customer specifications and requirements
• Coordinate delivery schedules and special requests
• Ensure accurate ERP item preparation
