Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or process environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and customer-facing projects.
• Experience with capital equipment, production systems, or industrial manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing projects from concept through final delivery, developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Coordinate activities between Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Planning, and Logistics; drive actions to closure.
• Act as primary point of contact for customers; manage expectations and communicate progress; present status reports to management and customers.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules; monitor costs, forecasts, and budget performance; identify risks and implement recovery plans.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; lead risk review meetings; manage scope changes through formal change control processes.
• Coordinate manufacturing readiness activities; ensure production plans align with project objectives; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards; promote safety culture and support audits.
