Job summary

Honeywell Southend site is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager - Manufacturing to lead a team of manufacturing engineers focused on optimizing processes and driving operational excellence. You will oversee improvements, ensure safety and quality compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost efficiency and product quality.

You will report to the Site Leader and operate on-site at the Southend location, delivering capital projects and cost-reduction initiatives that support

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing engineering with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and CI methodologies.
• Expertise in process optimization, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance for safe operations.
• Experience with manufacturing software tools and systems relevant to process control and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of manufacturing engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure operational excellence.
• Identify and manage process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with production, quality, design, and maintenance teams to resolve manufacturing issues and support smooth production operations.
• Deliver capital projects and investments based on needs of the site.
