Job summary

Honeywell Southend site is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager - Manufacturing to lead a team of manufacturing engineers focused on optimizing processes and driving operational excellence. You will oversee improvements, ensure safety and quality compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost efficiency and product quality.

Senior Engineering Manager - Manufacturing

Job Description

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and supervise a team of manufacturing engineers focused on optimizing manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence at our ISC site. You will be responsible for overseeing process improvements, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

You will report directly to the Site Leader and you’ll work out of our Southend location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing operations, contributing to cost reduction, quality enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives that support the overall growth and sustainability of the business.
