Personnel Selection is partnering with an industry-leading client in Salisbury to recruit a Mechanical Assembly Technician / Production Technician on a full-time, permanent basis. The role focuses on low-volume, high-value production with a 39-hour week and clear progression opportunities.

You will operate within an industrial setting, adhering to quality control procedures (QCPs) and be responsible for preparing sub-assemblies for production while maintaining reliable, detail-focused
