Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing experience in engineering environments.
• Strong data analysis, root-cause troubleshooting and FMEA knowledge.
• Experience with measurement instruments and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize robust manufacturing solutions that meet specs.
• Own equipment, conduct validations and lead product verification testing.
• Apply SPC and data-driven insights to reduce waste and boost yields.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to translate requirements into shop-floor execution.
