Job summary

Plexus seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to drive quality excellence across aerospace, medical, and industrial sectors from Kelso and Livingston sites. You will lead New Product Introduction, deploy strategic quality initiatives, and guide the Quality Management System with a proactive mindset.

The role requires APQP/NPI experience, strong people skills, and a 4+ year technical background. Facing customers and internal teams, you’ll shape quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Continuous improvement mindset and problem solving in manufacturing environments.
Experience introducing and qualifying new products for volume manufacturing.
Strong interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills.
Solid technical knowledge to guide and advise cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead New Product Introduction with cross-functional teams and customers.
Drive proactive quality initiatives to meet or exceed manufacturing standards.
Provide technical training, leadership, and direction to the Quality team.
Design, implement, and monitor improvements to the quality management system.
