  • Documentation & Compliance: Create thorough product documentation, specifications, and change management records that adhere to strict quality standards.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Build your own area of technical specialization while mentoring junior team members.

  • Education & Experience: HNC or Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, paired with hands‑on manufacturing or Manufacturing Engineering experience (an equivalent mix of education and experience will be considered).
  • Analytical Mindset: Proven background in data analysis, root‑cause troubleshooting, structured design, and statistical analysis. Strong understanding of customer data pack analysis (Assembly drawings, Bills of Materials, supporting documents) and FMEA creation and maintenance.
  • Hands‑on Tooling Knowledge: Familiarity with hand tools, manufacturing equipment, and precision measurement instruments.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to collaborate directly with customers and production teams alike.
  • Self‑Starter Drive: Ability to take ownership of assigned product phases and run with projects independently.
Why Join Us?
  • Meaningful Impact: Play a pivotal role in taking advanced products from blueprint to finished reality.
  • Career Growth: Expand your technical depth with opportunities to specialize and lead within a collaborative engineering culture.
