Job summary

KAEFER UK & Ireland is seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer in Jarrow on a permanent basis. You will monitor, analyse and report on manufacturing and process performance and lead cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement to enhance quality, reliability, and efficiency of goods and services.

You will work closely with management, tackle CI projects that may involve physical and organisational change, and drive digital transformation to improve process performance

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing process improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organise, prioritise and coordinate tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and report on manufacturing and process performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver manufacturing and process continuous improvement.
• Prepare internal performance reports for sharing with departments.
• Undertake management of special CI projects including digital transformation to enhance process performance.
• Gain insights across departments by shadowing team members and monitoring activities.
• Attend client meetings and support close-out of actions.
• Maintain traceability by organising data and documents.
