Job summary

KAEFER UK & Ireland is seeking a Graduate Projects Manager to join our team in Jarrow on a permanent basis. You will support client requirements across manufacturing and quality records, while delivering essential project management tasks and gaining hands-on experience in project leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to efficiently organise, prioritise, and coordinate tasks through to completion.
• Strong competence in writing and formatting reports and lists.
• Organise data/documents to maintain traceability with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident in working under limited supervision and in pressurised environments.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with General Manager, Quality Manager, Production Manager, Quality Engineer(s) and Document Controller(s).
• Monitor performance across all departments and report internally on a weekly basis.
• Prepare project progress reports for sharing externally with the customer.
• Undertake the management of special projects with input and support from team members.
• Attend client meetings and support the close out of actions from those meetings.
• Lead on continuous improvement activities to further the performance of the organisation.
