Qualifications

• BS degree in related engineering discipline or AS degree in Mechatronics, or equivalent work experience.
• Five plus years in Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• Proficiency with DOE and problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project to include mass production, design change, and service.
• Support root-cause analysis and implement countermeasures.
• Implement process improvements for safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
• Perform design of experiments in process development and improvements.
• Develop and maintain APQP documentation for the process.
• Develop and maintain process control conditions and related documents.
• Develop and edit PLC, HMI, Robotic Programming, and Vision Systems.
