Qualifications

• GCSEs or Level 2 qualification is required or equivalent experience.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems would be an advantage.
• Strong team-player mindset with good communication skills.
• Ability to follow work instructions, procedures and quality standards accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and package medical devices by following work instructions and standard processes.
• Work efficiently on a production line in a fast-paced environment to meet daily output targets.
• Carry out routine quality checks, visually inspect products, and record results to support safety and compliance.
• Label, scan, pack, and prepare products for shipment to internal and external locations.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-focused work area.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to support day-to-day operations and resolve issues promptly.
