Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Belfast is seeking an Associate Materials Manager to lead materials, warehouse and logistics operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will develop a high-performing team and ensure safe, compliant and cost-effective material flow to support growth and customer needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Production Management, Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years in manufacturing, distribution or logistics.
Minimum 4 years in a supervisory/people-management role.
Experience with logistics operations, WMS, capacity planning and process optimization.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing materials and logistics team.
Oversee inbound/outbound materials, warehousing, and logistics providers.
Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, financial, trade, health and safety requirements.
Drive lean improvements and standard work across operations.
Manage budgets, headcount, expenditures and capital plans.
