Job summary

You will assemble, test, and package devices, follow detailed work instructions, perform routine quality checks, and maintain a clean, safe work area while collaborating with teammates to meet daily output targets.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or a Level 2 qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
• A strong team-player mindset with good communication skills.
• Ability to follow work instructions, procedures, and quality standards accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and package medical devices by following clearly defined work instructions and standard processes.
• Work efficiently on a production line in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed, accuracy, and quality to meet daily output targets.
• Carry out routine quality checks, visually inspect products, and record results to support high safety and compliance standards.
• Accurately label, scan, pack, and prepare products for shipment to internal and external locations.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-focused work area in line with site procedures.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to support smooth day-to-day operations and resolve issues promptly.
