Mole Valley Farmers in the United Kingdom is hiring a hands-on Blending Site Operator to support our feed production and British agriculture. This permanent, full-time role focuses on safe, efficient blending operations from raw material intake to finished product loading in a fast-paced plant environment.

You'll work 47 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to develop practical skills, comply with health and safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvements in

Qualifications

• Experience in production/manufacturing/agriculture is essential.
• Full, clean UK driving licence is required.
• Familiarity with operating machinery or automated systems is preferred.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are important.
• Proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate mill equipment and process systems safely and efficiently.
• Manage weighbridge procedures for intake, out-loading and quality control.
• Operate bagging and packing systems and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials, packaging and finished products.
• Follow medicated feed procedures in line with VMD requirements.
• Support compliance audits and report incidents promptly.
• Promote a 'clean as you go' approach and maintain hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets.

About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 47 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday

As a Blending Site Operator, you’ll be central to the smooth running of our blending plant operations. From raw material intake to loading finished products, you’ll help ensure everything is manufactured safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards. This is a hands‑on role with plenty of variety and opportunities to develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Operating mill equipment and process systems safely and efficiently


• Managing weighbridge procedures for intake, out-loading, and quality control
