Job summary

Manpower are recruiting a Production Operative for a busy manufacturing client in Brigg. The role offers Monday to Friday rotating shifts and a starting pay of £13.75 per hour, with on-site work and potential for a permanent position after probation.

You will carry out daily inspections, operate machinery, complete production paperwork accurately, and support other departments while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Production Operative or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Experience in a warehouse or production setting.
• Experience operating CNC machinery would be advantageous.

Manpower are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing client based in Brigg. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team environment, with the potential for the role to move into a permanent position after an initial period of time.

Location

• Brigg
• Due to the site location, applicants should live locally or have reliable transport

Shift Pattern

• Monday - Friday
• Rotating shifts:
  • Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
  • Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Pay Rate

£13.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out daily inspections at the start and end of each shift to identify and report any equipment or machine issues
• Operating machinery and supporting production processes
• Completing all production documentation accurately and efficiently
• Working both independently and as part of a team to maximise production output
• Supporting other departments when required following appropriate training
• Adhering to all site Health & Safety procedures and standards

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Previous experience working as a Production Operative, Machine Operative, or within a similar manufacturing environment
• Experience working within a warehouse or production setting
• Experience operating CNC machinery would be advantageous
