Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing site in Barnstaple, North Devon. You will produce and pack products, complete production documentation, and support smooth running of operations on rotating morning and afternoon shifts.

Roles include Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative or Production Worker. This is an excellent opportunity to build experience within a busy environment with opportunities to develop skills.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Analytical and methodical approach with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work confidently with technical and numerical information.
• Good IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Proactive, professional, reliable and respectful approach to work.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical engineering skills, experience or aptitude.
• Good level of general health and wellbeing.
• Ability to work in an enclosed, indoor manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively as part of a production team to ensure all delivery priorities are achieved within deadlines.
• Produce and pack a complete range of products in line with Quality Control, GMP and Environment, Health & Safety standards.
• Complete all production documentation to a high standard through to sign-off.
• Clean, maintain and prepare your own work area and equipment.
• Replenish stock and supplies to support the smooth running of manufacturing operations.
• Support other production areas as required.

Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative or Production Worker looking to build their experience within a busy manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for producing and packing products, completing production documentation and supporting the smooth and efficient running of manufacturing operations.

Hours of Work

Morning Shift:

• Monday to Thursday, 6am-2pm.
• Friday, 6am-12pm.

Afternoon Shift:

• Monday to Thursday, 2pm-10pm.
• Friday, 12pm-6pm.

Key Duties
