Manufacturing Operative

Location: Normanton, GB, WF6 1TN

Country/Region: GB

Join our dynamic team and contribute to the production of high-quality industrial and automotive parts. In this role, you will operate manufacturing machinery, ensuring all products meet and exceed our stringent quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that all product meets and exceeds our strict quality criteria. Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, you will receive full training to help you achieve your daily targets and maintain our excellent Health and Safety standards. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills and be part of a team that delivers excellent results. Internal progression opportunities are also available.

Requirements

Successful applicants must be highly motivated, with good communication skills, attention to detail, and work well as part of a diverse team. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage but is not essential.

What we offer

You will work 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern; Days (5.45 to 13.45) / Nights (21.45 to 5.45) / Afters (13.45 to 21.45).

In return, you will receive a starting salary of £26262.45 per annum as well as an excellent benefits package including; 25 holidays, 8 bank holidays, and matched pension contributions at 5%.
