Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a Manufacturing Operative in Bridgwater. This role offers full training, excellent long-term prospects and the chance to grow into a skilled machine operator within a well-established manufacturing company.

You will work 4 on/4 off, 12-hour shifts, with pay £13.39 rising to £15.91 after 12 weeks, and benefits including pension and free on-site parking. Previous experience is helpful but not required; reliability and willingness to learn are valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up and operate specialist manufacturing machinery.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Pack, wrap and prepare finished products for dispatch.
• Assist with machine changeovers and general production duties.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights)

Hours: 06:45-18:45 & 18:45-06:45

Pay: £13.39 per hour, increasing to £15.91 per hour after 12 weeks
