We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative's to join a successful and growing manufacturing business within Kidderminster. This is a great opportunity to secure a perm role with a company that offers long-term stability and opportunities for development.

• Carrying out detailed production tasks with a high level of accuracy and consistency, following strict specifications and procedures
• Operating machinery and specialist equipment in a safe, controlled, and methodical manner
• Assembling components with precision, ensuring all work meets exacting quality standards
• Conducting thorough visual and manual quality checks throughout the production process
• Working steadily to production schedules while maintaining a careful and measured pace
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant working environment at all times

About You

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, production is essential
