Job summary

Lush is seeking a Manufacturing Operational Trainer in Poole to drive operational excellence, production standards and profitability. You will lead and coach managers, develop training resources, and support room managers to achieve sustainable improvements.

With a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement, you will collaborate with the Manufacturing Training team to deliver impactful training and ensure the highest standards across the production rooms.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading a manufacturing department with strong business performance.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, GMP, and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to coach and develop managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard great managers from job adverts to onboarding.
• Develop coaching and training strategies for all levels.
• Deliver operational training and coaching during room visits.
• Support refits and drive KPI-focused improvements.
• Ensure safety and risk management in daily operations.
• Collaborate with Lush Manu L&D to shape training for managers.
