Job summary

Marshalls is seeking an Operations Team Member for our Manufacturing team in Mells, Somerset. You will contribute to the efficient production of concrete drainage products and operate a variety of tools and equipment, with safety and quality at the core.

We offer 40 hours per week with shift patterns and a 10% shift allowance for later hours. Benefits include holiday, pension and healthcare options as part of Marshalls' commitment to its people.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Manufacturing Production environment is preferred.
• Team player with attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
• Good communication skills; teamwork is key to success.
• Strong Understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Appreciation of efficiency and its impact on business outcomes.
• Current FLT licence is desirable (lapsed tickets can be renewed).

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties relating to efficient production of concrete drainage and related products.
• Be trained to use a range of hand tools, machinery and handling equipment.
• Support safety, quality and efficiency in daily operations.
