Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, focusing on safe, efficient and high-quality output. You will drive delivery performance, lean initiatives and collaborative problem solving across functions to meet customer commitments.

You will develop and coach supervisors and production personnel, fostering accountability and a culture of continuous improvement in a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams to safe, on-time delivery.
• Proven track record in improving safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production output.
• Drive delivery performance by aligning production schedules with customer commitments and priorities.
• Monitor and improve key metrics across safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost.
• Manage workforce planning, labor allocation, capacity utilization and resource needs.
• Lead daily operational reviews and implement corrective actions for production challenges and risks.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Planning to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement programs to raise performance.
