Baker Hughes is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, focusing on safe, efficient and high-quality output. You will drive delivery performance, lean initiatives and collaborative problem solving across functions to meet customer commitments.

You will develop and coach supervisors and production personnel, fostering accountability and a culture of continuous improvement in a global manufacturing environment.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Planning to ensure seamless execution.

As an Operations Manager, you will lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of products while maintaining the highest standards of quality and operational performance. You will drive continuous improvement, develop high-performing teams, and collaborate across functions to achieve business and customer objectives.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production output.
• Driving delivery performance by ensuring production schedules, customer commitments, and operational priorities are achieved.
• Monitoring and improving key operational metrics across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Managing workforce planning, labor allocation, capacity utilization, and operational resource requirements.
• Leading daily operational reviews and implementing corrective actions to resolve production challenges and risks.
• Collaborating with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams to ensure seamless manufacturing execution.
• Driving Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance operational performance.
• Developing supervisors, team leaders, and production personnel while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.
