Marshalls plc is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Administrator at our Newport site. You will support site operations with stock control, PO and invoice management, and system updates to reflect accurate stores levels. The role emphasizes strong administrative abilities and ERP/MRP familiarity.

The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing or engineering environments, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel for reporting. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Strong administrative skills and stock control experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Prior manufacturing or engineering environment preferred.
• Ability to produce and maintain spreadsheet reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with stock takes and cycle counts.
• Invoice management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain stock control and inventory accuracy across sites.
• Manage purchase orders and invoices (inbound & outbound).
• Update computer systems to reflect stock, PPE and stores levels.
• Support stores, PPE and engineering stores management.
• Contribute to efficient admin operations for the site.
