Job summary

The Sterling Choice is seeking a Manufacturing Manager in Warwickshire. This leadership role will own a major section of the factory, with responsibility for people, safety, quality, performance, cost and delivery.

Expect to drive improvements, implement new equipment, and guide cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Technical and Supply Chain. You should have recent senior manufacturing/operations experience in food manufacturing, with a track record of improving operations and

Qualifications

• Senior manufacturing/operations background in food manufacturing with responsibility for a sizeable production operation.
• Proven track record in leading manufacturing teams through managers and delivering improvements.
• Experience managing operational KPIs and budgets and maintaining H&S, food safety, quality and GMP.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a significant part of the factory including people, safety, quality, performance, cost and delivery.
• Drive projects to deliver improvements and integrate new equipment/production lines.
• Develop and coach the management team and collaborate with Engineering, Technical, Supply Chain and site leadership.
