Michael Page is recruiting on behalf of a highly successful international food manufacturing business with a major Coventry site. The Manufacturing Manager will drive operational alignment, performance and continuous improvement across manufacturing functions, reporting into senior site leadership.
You will lead production and safety, develop leaders, partner with engineering, HR, finance and logistics, manage budgets, and embed world-class manufacturing practices.

Operating a major production facility in Coventry, the organisation supplies products to retail, foodservice and manufacturing customers across the UK and Europe. As Manufacturing Manager, you will take responsibility for the production operation, ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of manufacturing targets. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will drive a high-performance culture focused on quality, safety, people development and operational excellence.
You will play a key role in embedding continuous improvement initiatives across the site, while ensuring that customer expectations, compliance standards and budgetary objectives are consistently achieved.
The successful candidate will be an experienced manufacturing leader with a proven track record within food production. You will be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, leading large teams and delivering results through a combination of strong people leadership and operational excellence.
You will possess the credibility and drive to influence stakeholders across the business while maintaining a relentless focus on safety, quality and performance.
Competitive salary of £70,000 - £75,000 per annum DOE
