The Sterling Choice is seeking a senior Continuous Improvement Manager for a major food manufacturing site in West Yorkshire. You will join the Site Leadership Team, lead three experienced CI professionals, and drive visibility and influence across the whole operation.

Focus is on delivering major improvement and automation projects, developing site capability and achieving measurable gains in productivity, cost, waste and efficiency. A path to senior leadership and wider opportunities exists.

Qualifications

• Strong Lean and continuous improvement toolkit.
• Experience delivering change within a large, high-volume manufacturing site.
• Evidence of leading major projects with measurable commercial results.
• Credibility to influence everyone from the factory floor to senior leadership.
• A hands-on approach rather than merely managing the improvement plan.
